- How do phone sessions work?

Phone sessions are a personal phone conversation between you and the consultant.
After purchasing a session, you will be directed to an online appointment scheduler where you can select the time and day of the session and provide up to two phone numbers where we can reach you (we cover the phone charges anywhere in the U.S.). Additional tools for your session will be available as well.You will receive a confirmation email and the consultant will contact you at the confirmed time and start our conversation.
- Why would I use the "joint conference call" feature?

This feature gives you an additional level of confidentiality if you are concerned about using your phone numbers (you can call in from any phone).
Here is how it works:After purchasing the session, you will be directed to an appointment scheduler where you can select the time and day of the session. You will receive a confirmation email which provides you with a special toll-free number and a conference call code.
To start our conversation you simply dial the toll-free number and enter the code at the prompt; we will do the same, be connected and begin the session. Completely anonymous for you! - How many sessions will I need?

Many issues only require a single session, but that depends on the complexity of your issue and the duration of the session. While some prefer an intensive single session others may split those into several shorter ones. Our goal is to deliver the greatest value so you decide what works best for you.

Available for parties & events, we offer research services only in conjunction with a personal session.
During the session we learn what you are planning to accomplish and the research delivers additional specific information we discussed. The topics can range from suggesting specific wines or food items to event services, caterers or personnel.
Where applicable, this may include pricing and source information. - Why don't you charge in one-minute increments like some other advisors?

- I scheduled an apointment, but have to change the date. How do I do that?

After making the appointment you will receive a confirmation email. This email provides you with a special link where you can change the appointment as needed.
- Why do you charge for your services?

You know the old saying: "You get what you pay for". Is that true? You'll be the judge!
We don't provide basic and generic statements that fit everybody and really doesn't help anyone. We engage with you, one-on-one, learn and listen to your issues and develop action items on how you can overcome or resolve them. But just don't take our word for it, visit our testimonial section.
- Do you offer any free services?

- How can I be sure that my personal information is not going anywhere?

Here is how we preserve your privacy:
- We offer paypal in addition to credit cards. This way we will not even know your address or any financial information.
- You can choose a conference-call feature if you are uncomfortable providing your phone number.
- We will never record any sessions or portions of conversations. Your conversation will be completely private.
- We do not reveal any information about you or our conversations to any third parties (as stated in our terms of use policy).
- Along with our privacy policy to protect your personal information, all consultants have legally binding non-disclosure agreements.
